This four-storey multi-residential housing building has been constructed on a four-acre site.

It is an "L" shaped building consisting of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units for a total of 99 units over four floors. The building includes 69 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom units. 70 per cent of the units are geared toward seniors and single adults, and 30 per cent to families. Sixteen of the apartments have been designed to be barrier-free.

Amenities include laundry facilities, a barrier-free common room available to residents for private and public parties and events and a guest suite.

Buildings materials include precast floors and load bearing masonry walls, brick veneer, composite panels and vinyl windows. Landscape features include a state of the art park, gazebo, gardening areas and a toboggan hill.
