Nithview Long-Term Care Expansion Project
We are proud to be the GC for the Nithview Long-Term Care expansion, a significant addition to the Nithview Community in New Hamburg, Ontario. This six-storey, 102,000 sq. ft. facility will provide a modern, comfortable home for 160 residents, enhancing long-term care services in the region. Constructed using structural steel with concrete foundations, the building will feature a combination of metal siding, HPL siding, and masonry veneer, ensuring both
durability and aesthetic appeal.
Located at 200 Boullee Street, this project is being developed for Tri-County Mennonite Homes (TCMH) and is scheduled for completion by June 2027. With a contract value of $45.46 million, Melloul-Blamey will oversee every aspect of construction, ensuring high-quality execution on this essential healthcare development. Site preparations will begin in February 2025, with significant adjustments to on-site parking to accommodate the new facility. This project marks a major step forward in providing modern, accessible, and compassionate care for the community’s aging population.
