The project will be a new build 7 storey, L-shaped, 13,680 square metre (m2) residential building. The building structure includes poured concrete foundations, block structural walls, cast-in-place concrete slabs, precast concrete slabs, with a metal cladding exterior façade. Site work will include landscaping, Playground structure, sidewalks, and paving of new parking. There will be an open-loop geothermal system. The facility is expected to achieve LEED requirements
