Closing Date: October 28th, 2026 @ 2pm Starling Community Services - 67 King St E and Luther Village Renovation The project involves work at two separate locations, both owned by Starling Community Services. The first location located at 67 King St E is a complete renovation of the Level 1 interior space, a partial renovation of the Level 2 space and several mechanical and electrical upgrades to the buildings existing infrastructure on the Lower Level and Roof Level. These renovations will provide Starling Community Services with additional client support and office / administration space for their clients and staff. The second location, located at 139 Father David Bauer Dr is an interior renovation of the existing atrium, lounge, reception and vestibule. It will also include a flooring replacement and minor cosmetic upgrades to the tenant suite access corridors and atrium terraces from levels 2-5. The renovations will provide updated millwork and an update to the dated finishes that are original to the building.
