University of Waterloo (UW) proposes to construct a new, 510 bed student residence at the north end of Parking Lot A, located at 155 University Avenue West, adjacent to the University of Waterloo’s main campus. The proposed 169,000 GCA building design contemplates a 12 Storey structure, 10 floors of which are dedicated to repeating residential floors containing a mix of unit types ranging from shared 2 and 4 bed units, 2-bedroom apartment style suite and a single bed Don Suite for a total of 19 units per floor amounting to 51 beds.
