London Student Residence

Fanshawe is one of Ontario’s largest colleges, occupying multiple campuses around Southern Ontario. The college has programs encompassing hundreds of different fields.

To house all of their students is a vast range of student residences, with various options available. As an addition to these is the new Fanshawe Collegiate Manor. A 14 storey, multi-unit student residence that includes living spaces, lounges, study rooms, two parking garages, market place, gym, and theatre for Fanshawe’s continually growing student population to enjoy.

The building is constructed using ICF, precast hollow core slab floors, and brick veneer.
