Warehouse Additon and Renovations

NAPA Auto Parts stores offer a wide range of replacement parts, accessories, supplies, tools, equipment and quality products to consumer groups nationwide. Their existing Cambridge Warehouse required an expansion to accommodate Napa Auto Part's new fully automated racking system, transforming the facility into a modern distribution centre.

Work included a 50,000 square foot warehouse addition with new fire pump room and loading docks. The existing office renovation included new paint and flooring throughout, upgraded washroom finishes and fixtures, new LED lighting, and an upgraded boardroom and lunchroom.

The existing site parking lot was resurfaced, and the roof replaced.
