Melloul-Blamey is completing extensive interior demolition and base building improvements for Killam Apartment REIT, including approximately 176,000 sq. ft. of interior demolition, 62,162 sq. ft. of base building work to prepare future tenant spaces, and 21,420 sq. ft. of interior and exterior tenant fit-out work.
