Stayner Long Term Care Centre
Stayner, Ontario
New 3 Storey Long Term Care with Apartments
Stayner LTC is a three-storey, 128-bed facility for Jarlette Health Services, set for completion in Spring 2025. The project expands the existing Centre by incorporating 79 new long-term care beds alongside the original 49 beds while introducing 23 apartment rental units as part of a continuum of care campus.
Designed to enhance senior living, the facility will feature private and basic rooms with no ward rooms, larger common areas, and full air conditioning throughout, ensuring a modern, comfortable environment for residents.
Backed by a provincial construction funding subsidy, the Stayner Long-Term Care Home aligns with Ontario’s $6.4 billion investment in long-term care, contributing to the province’s goal of expanding care options for seniors. Once complete, the facility will play a vital role in integrating long-term care, retirement living, and senior housing, supporting improved healthcare access in Simcoe County.
