In this massive 100 acre site, Melloul-Blamey will craft 2 buildings and large sections of graded landcape for the storage and display of heavy equpiment prepapred for auction.
At the heart of the auction site will be a meticulously designed two-story auction house and display area, spanning an impressive 37,000 square feet. This spacious and modern facility will provide a premium environment for buyers and sellers to come together and conduct large scale auctions. Additionally, the site will feature
a cutting-edge 32,000 square feet vehicle wash bay, ensuring that all equipment is impeccably cleaned and presented.
