Located in Guelph’s desirable south end, the Kortyard is a boutique 81 suite apartment development, featuring one and two bedroom suites. The building focuses on sustainable living initiatives and residents benefit from living close to a wide variety of amenities, including groceries, retail, restaurants and community trails that are all within walking distance.

The development features structural masonry with precast floors and roof, and brick veneer.
