New Four Tower Student Complex

This large-scale four-tower student complex will mark the completion of a nearly decade-long project with the JD Development Group. With site demolition beginning in 2013, these 20 storey structures were built in four phases and arranged around a central courtyard. The two street-facing buildings have retail and commercial space on the ground floor. When complete, this project will house 2,000 residents per building in a mix of three, four and five-bedroom units. Included is street-level and underground parking for more than 550 vehicles. The entire complex is scheduled to be completed by 2022.

Phillip Square includes many amenities to suit the needs of students. Common areas include lounges with fireplaces and flat-screen TVs, large quiet shared study areas, fitness centres, WiFi, open-view security-controlled laundry facilities in the main lobbies, and a movie theatre. Underground parking and secure bicycle storage are also available.

Outside the four-tower complex, residents can enjoy the use of a basketball court, open patio deck, benches, and paths for relaxing and staying active with friends and neighbours. Ground floor retail areas are directly accessible by elevator to Blair and Elora House residents.
