New Canadian Distribution Facility

Melloul-Blamey assisted in the site selection, planning and pre-development process of this project. Responsibilities included full consultant tendering and retention, design development and value engineering.

The construction consisted of the first phase of a new 2 storey 1,243 sqm office space, 9,329 sqm warehouse and load dock space and an automated 2,601 sqm Automatic Storage and Retrieval System.

The site has been planned for future phases and a maximum build out to suit Fastenal's 25 year growth plan.
