New Canadian Distribution Facility

Melloul-Blamey assisted in the site selection, planning and pre-development process of this project. Responsibilities included full consultant tendering and retention, design development and value engineering.
Construction of the first phased consisted of a new 2 storey 1,243 m² office space, 9,329 m² warehouse and load dock space and an automated 2,601 m² Automatic Storage and Retrieval System. The site has been planned for future phases and a maximum build out to suit the 25 year plan of Fastenal. The phase two warehouse expansion was completed in 2020.
