New Performing Arts Complex

A new 500-seat theatre complex, along with consolidated administration offices, production, and support facilities for Drayton Entrainment, becoming their new headquarters. The third floor will be dormitory space for dozens of actors. The front of the three-storey building will be covered in glass, inviting people to look in and see theatrical and community activities.

This facility will draw thousands of residents and tourists and act as a cultural, educational, and economic hub.
