The vision for this project is to ensure a high-quality, contemporary residential development building while preserving elements of two existing heritage buildings that share the site. Taking elements from the historic two-storey office building, a chevron wood pattern will be echoed in the elevator lobbies. Circular cast-in-place concrete decorative elements will also be replicated on the four-storey podium.
Ground floor commercial space is included in the development, as well as a large landscaped public plaza.
