New Medical Centre in 36-Hectare Commercial Complex

This four-storey structure features around 80,000 square feet of healthcare services ranging from a pharmacy to specialty clinics. Providing a number of medical services with one-stop convenience, the centre looks to eliminate the area’s doctor shortage.

The project includes one level of underground parking. The building is comprised of a structural concrete frame, with curtain wall and architectural precast for exterior cladding.
