This new one storey facility will accommodate the storage and maintenance of up to 20 single and double-decker GO buses, improving operations and reliability by enhancing service for commuters in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. It is located adjacent to the new Kitchener GO train layover facility and features a bus wash, inspection pit and fuel and lubrication station.

Construction includes poured concrete foundations with structural steel frame, exterior precast, zinc panel and masonry. Site work includes a new parking area, landscaping and communication tower.

This project is expected to achieve Gold Certification by the LEED® Canada Green Building Rating System.
