Melloul-Blamey Construction Inc. offered assistance with acquiring the land for this project. Preliminary site plans and sketches were required, and our in house designer facilitated every request. After the successful purchase, Melloul-Blamey completed the design development of the project and obtained all approvals.
During the design development stage, many sustainable options were tabled and a cost benefit analysis was completed. Many of these options were incorporated into the final design such as in floor heating and a higherRvalue in the building’s walls and roof. The final product is an architecturally pleasing 75,000 square foot building with a 2 storey office. The site has been designed for future additions and growth.
