St. Paul's Residence Addition

Waterloo, ON, Ontario

Addition/Renovation to St. Paul’s University

The growing St. Paul’s University/College took on the challenge of expanding its close-knit community by improving the residence experience for its students. Their need list included the addition of 78 new beds, renovations to washroom and shower areas, tie into the existing cafeteria, additional office space, updates to the existing boiler room equipment, extensive exterior landscape improvements and dedicated space for the college’s renowned “greenhouse” program overlooking the college’s campus.

Extensive design meetings were immediately initiated with our team partners at ABA Architects, MTE Consultants, Stecho Electric, Nelco Mechanical, and DEI & Associates. Through the hard work and determination of the design team and key members at St. Paul’s, we were able to design an acceptable solution to meet the budget set out by the college.

With all their needs addressed and the new residence addition built, St. Paul’s University/College is set to continue its reputation of providing an exceptional student experience.
