Commercial Conversion

Since 1892, Schreiter's has been Kitchener's go-to place for high quality furnishings. In 2017, Schreiter's relocated to Belmont Avenue from downtown Kitchener, where they were a fixture for over 125 years. We completed the conversion of the old factory space on Belmont to a bright, open, retail store. Schreiter's is another one of the latest additions to the revitalization of Kitchener's midtown area.

Visiting the store today, you will notice old wood structures like walls and doors, which were brought over from Schreiter's old store to give a familiar feel to the new place. Our amazing team completed this project in only six months with careful planning that allowed Schreiter's to remain open to the public throughout the entire conversion process.
