Melloul-Blamey Construction has MAINTAINED CORô Certification in Health & Safety SINCE 2013.

The Certificate of Recognition program (CORô) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety & health program which meets national standards.

Certificate of Recognition 2016

Holding this certificate demonstrates that Melloul-Blamey Construction's health and safety management system has been developed, implemented and is maintained through comprehensive internal and external audits.

CORô is currently being used across Canada and is a regular pre-qualification requirement for bidding on public and private sector projects in Western provinces.  Ontario is moving in the same direction under the jurisdiction of the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association(IHSA). Melloul-Blamey Construction wanted to be at the forefront of this movement. At this time they are one of the few General Contractors that have obtained this distinctive certification in Ontario.

CORô shows the company's commitment to Health and Safety and the protection to all workers so they can return home to their families at the end of each day. This reflects the company safety slogan: WORK SAFE, BE SAFE...COME HOME ALIVE.

Melloul-Blamey Construction is proud to be part of this nationwide network supported by the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations, participating in and promoting health and safety excellencein the construction industry.
