New Heatlh and Fitness Facility

The Movati Athletic club encompasses a multi-purpose gymnasium, as well as six studios for unique group fitness classes such as hot yoga, anti-gravity yoga, dance, cycle and pilates. There are both co-ed and women's-only fitness areas, a Cardio Theatre, strength training area and an on-site daycare. This facility features Canada's First Sky Studio (glass skylight covered studio wth open glass wall) allowing for an open air workout.

The aquatic centre is comprised of two pools: the women's only salt water pool and spa centre and a separate family pool for kids' aquatic programs. The club's luxurious change rooms are complete with heated floors, private showers, whirlpool, and steam and dry saunas.
