ACTON ARENA EXPANSION

HALTON HILLS, Ontario

ADDITION OF NEW ICE PAD

The Acton Arena now houses a new NHL size ice surface and a 47,000 square foot arena addition to the existing facility. As the local arena and community centre in Acton, the expansion lends the community an updated arena with associated features, allowing for accommodation of larger events, acting as connection hub for hockey and soccer tournaments between the GTA and South Western Ontario teams, and providing a safe environment for local youths.

The addition and renovation includes 6 dressing rooms, 2 referee rooms, a new elevator (servicing both the new and existing arenas), stadium seating, a large community room on the upper floor, a large main public corridor between both buildings, an entrance to the soccer fields, washrooms and storage facilities for the soccer fields and an updated skate park.
