An education in Construction Engineering Technology has led Jeff to many positions within this demanding industry. Part of the Melloul–Blamey team since 1993, Jeff has a strong working knowledge of development and has held many roles within the firm.

His soft–spoken manner, exceptional problem–solving abilities, and tremendous listening skills make him a natural at business development. These attributes set the wheels in motion for each project with incredible efficiency – and subsequently often result in substantial savings for clients/owners.

Jeff’s easy rapport and professionalism have earned him great respect and many friends with cross–generational ease. He is also very well–known in his community as an active player in Rotary, tourism promotion, Chamber of Commerce efforts, and economic development through Canada’s Technology Triangle. His many associations have allowed Jeff to assist clients with financing options, delivery methods, and connections to the real estate community, maximizing proper return on investment. His assistance has enabled many owners to develop their own pre–construction budgets and preliminary designs.
